Online mirror exclusively revealed that the Liverpool boss no longer needs to wear them after receive eye treatment during the summer.
A source said: “He has had a bit of treatment on his eyes which has gone very well. It means he doesn’t have to wear his glasses all the time. But he can still wear them occasionally in the canoe.

And now Klopp confirmed he had undergone a procedure called a “lens implant” in a question-and-answer session with a fan.
A supporter asked Klopp, “How does it feel not to wear glasses anymore?” I can’t get used to it … “
He replied, “Yeah, like me! It’s really strange I must say.
“I’m fine, I don’t need them. Maybe I could use them for specific situations and maybe I will. I do not know. But it’s still strange.
Klopp declined to rule out the possibility of iconic shows making a return to the dugout at some point, as he revealed he would need them when it gets dark as he heads into the winter months.
He explained, “(I may still need it) for really long distances. Now that the light is getting worse, we are playing a lot of lit games.
“I can’t get used to it myself, it’s really tricky.
“All of a sudden I see shadows and things like that that you don’t see when you’re wearing glasses.
“When you take off the glasses, you can’t see your face, that’s fine!” And now I see all the things… oh my God.
“It’s not cool. It’s really likely that I will use them (glasses) for games. But for normal things, I don’t need them, so I don’t wear them.
