The Coravin Wine and Bubbles Bar will open from November 2 to the end of January, a first for the wine preservation brand.
More than 50 Champagnes and sparkling wines offered by the glass, i.e. Coravin bar has the longest list of bubbles by the glass in the UK.
And offers range from Â£ 8 to Â£ 850 at this new pop-up, tucked away on Lancashire Court in Mayfair. From a glass of Chateau Petrus to Spain’s iconic Vega Sicilia or the classic âsuper Tuscanâ Sassicaia, the bar’s cellar contains over 300 wines.
Chris Ladd, CEO of Coravin, said of the opening: âWe are delighted to be opening our very first brick and mortar Coravin Wine & Bubbles Bar in exciting City of London in a few weeks.
âWe are eager to show how Coravin can open up the experience of exploring wine in our own place and we will be serving some of the best wines and champagnes in the world, while serving everything by the glass.
âWith over 300 bottles to choose from, including the UK’s largest selection of sparkling wines by the glass, customers can try everything from Krug to a glass of Blanc de Blanc before upgrading to a Barolo or Bordeaux. “
The space is inspired by the classic wine cellar, with intimate table and bench. Guests can also sit on the patio side at cafe-style tables, warmed by blankets and radiators during the colder months.
The menu includes seasonal sharing platters and classic platters of cheese and cold meats. Cheeses like Colston Basset, Comte d’Estive, Pecorino with truffle and many more are offered by La Fromagerie, as well as English-style charcuterie from The Great British Charcuterie Co. toasts de Nduja, fresh ricotta, honey & arugula.
For those who wish to keep some of the premium bubbles on offer, there is a wine and bubble shop next to the bar.

Our mantra is not to be limited by traditional measures or inhibited by the price of the full bottle. We have a superb team on board to bring our wine bar to life and guide them through our extensive wine list by the glass.
âWe are already working with some of the best restaurants, bars and sommeliers in London, so it made sense for us to open our first pop-up experience here this season. We’ll be here until January, and thenâ¦ who knows.
